Dax graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2003 with Master of Science degree in accounting and a bachelor of science degree in accounting. Dax has been a CPA since 2005. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), the Wyoming Society of CPA’s, and the Central Wyoming Chapter of CPA’s.

Dax’s experience and specialty practice is in taxation of individuals, corporations, partnerships, LLC’s, trusts, and gifting. He assists many businesses and individuals ranging from small to large and has assisted in all tax filing requirements, tax planning strategies, bookkeeping, payroll tax issues, and other consultant work.

He has experience in many different industries including construction, oil and gas, agriculture, retail, manufacturing, restaurants, service, pawn, among others. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and has received this designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).

Dax also has years of experience in financial statement preparation for many different industries, and has served as an expert witness in various cases.
