Susan Frank graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and from the University of Tulsa with a Master of Taxation. She joined Porter, Muirhead, Cornia & Howard in September of 1999.

“Working with PMCH is a pleasure,” she says. “I think a great basketball player, Julius Irving, put it really well. He said, ‘Being a professional is doing the things you love to do on the days you don’t feel like doing them.’ The friendly, collegial atmosphere here at PMCH makes it easy for us to be productive on days when we might rather be fishing. And we all love what we do.”

Susan’s experience with the firm has been concentrated in the area of taxation: individual, corporate, pass through entities, non-profit, estate and trust. She works with many small businesses, oil & gas, real estate and agricultural concerns in addition to individuals.

She is active in the community serving on boards of community organizations and is a presenter to various community organizations. She is past president of the Casper Kiwanis Club. She was appointed to the Unemployment Insurance Commission in 1995 and served a six year term ending in 2001.

Susan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Wyoming Society of CPA’s and is a past president of the Central Wyoming Chapter of CPA’s. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant with an active permit to practice in the State of Wyoming.
