James B. Dodson, CPA
 James
B. Dodson graduated from the University
of Wyoming with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Accounting in 1974. He is licensed as a Certified Public
Accountant with an active permit to practice in the state of Wyoming.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(AICPA), the Wyoming, Colorado
and Montana Societies of CPA's, Central Wyoming Chapter of CPA's, Government
Finance Officers Association (GFOA), Association of School Business Officials
(ASBO), and the Wyoming Association of Municipalities (WAM).
Mr. Dodson
is an audit shareholder with the firm. He is a former member of the AICPA
Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee, the AICPA PCPS Technical
Issues Committee, the Wyoming Society of CPA's Governmental Accounting and
Auditing Committee, the Special Review Committee for the GFOA Certificate of
Achievement Program, the Panel of Review for the ASBO Certificate of
Excellence in Financial Reporting Program, the AICPA National Governmental
Training Program Steering Committee, and the GASB Capital Asset Task Force.
He has instructed governmental accounting and auditing seminars for the GFOA,
AICPA, various state societies, and numerous other organizations over the
past years.
